1. Validity

Every purchased plan is valid for 365 days from activation. The validity expires automatically after this period whether used or unused. Unused credits do not automatically carry forward after expiry.

2. Annual Plan

The 1 Year plan is valid for 365 days from activation. Expiry happens automatically at the end of the validity period.

3. Provider

eMudhra signing mode, authentication method and production availability depend on the approved provider configuration. Tokenless eSign is not a universal substitute for every statutory DSC requirement.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Amounts are taken from the server-side plan configuration and payment verification is performed server-side.

5. Documents

Customers may upload only documents they are authorized to submit. Original and signed files are kept private and are served through authenticated ownership checks.
