SPARSH stands for System for Pension Administration (Raksha). It is the only authorized web portal for defense pensioners to handle pension-related matters. The SPARSH portal provides a single window for pensioners to access pension-related services, such as:

• Viewing pension details
• Pension entitlement
• Pensioner profile details
• Income tax forms
• Grievance redressal
• Correction of any data or details of pensioners 

Here are some rules and regulations for SPARSH:

• Valid bank details of the claimant, including account number and IFSC code
• Pensioner service number or PPO number
• Reporter details, like name, relation, mobile number, and email ID
• Claimant details, like name, relation, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, Aadhar number, PAN number, address, and bank details
• Reason for family pension, like disqualification of existing pensioner
• Disqualification details, like death of existing pensioner, date of death, and death certificate
• Don't share OTP or personal details with any other site.

System for Pension Administration (RAKSHA) (SPARSH) is being implemented for meeting the pension sanction and disbursement requirements for Armed Forces viz. Army, Navy, Air Force and Defence Civilians. Pensioner Portal provides a single window for the pensioners to avail the pension related services such as facility to view the pension details, pension entitlements, pensioner profile details, Income Tax forms etc.
