About Ex-Serviceman I Card
The Ex-Servicemen Identity Card (ESM ID) number is a unique number assigned to an ex-serviceman. The ESM ID number is part of the ESM ID card, which is issued to ex-servicemen who have not previously been issued an ID card.
How to apply for an ESM ID card?
- Fill out the application form
- Upload the required documents
- Submit the application
- The department will process the application
- The applicant will be notified once the service is delivered
How to apply for a duplicate ESM ID card?
- File an FIR at the nearest police station
- After one month, obtain an endorsement from the police station
- Approach the ZSWO with the FIR and an application
