Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach to service cancellation, refunds, government charges and third-party processing.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. Service Cancellation

A cancellation request should be raised as early as possible through customer support. Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the stage of the service, work already performed, the specific service terms and applicable law.

2. Services Already Started

Where substantial work, document preparation, filing or other facilitation has already been performed, the amount refundable, if any, may be reduced to reflect work actually completed, subject to applicable legal rights.

3. Government and Third-Party Charges

Government fees, statutory charges, platform charges and third-party payments that have already been validly remitted may be non-refundable where the applicable authority or processor does not permit a refund.

4. Service Failure

Where a service could not reasonably be delivered due to an issue attributable to Sainik Suvidha before substantive work was performed, the request may be reviewed for an appropriate refund or alternative resolution.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the payment method or process reasonably available for the transaction. Bank/payment-processor timelines may vary.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or reduce any consumer, statutory or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
