The terms governing access to and use of the Sainik Suvidha digital platform and its assistance services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sainik Suvidha, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
2. Nature of the Platform
Sainik Suvidha is a private digital service and assistance platform. It may provide information, facilitation, application assistance, documentation assistance and links to third-party or government portals. Sainik Suvidha is not itself a Government of India department, ministry or statutory authority unless a particular page or service is expressly identified otherwise.
3. Service Eligibility and Government Decisions
Where a service relates to a government authority, defence organisation, statutory authority or third-party system, the applicable authority's eligibility criteria, verification process, fee, rules, processing procedure and final decision will apply.
Submission of an application or purchase of an assistance service does not by itself guarantee approval, issuance, eligibility, sanction, reimbursement or a particular processing time.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information.
- Upload documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to submit.
- Keep account credentials and OTPs confidential.
- Review the information shown before final submission.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
5. Fees and Payments
Any service fee shown on the platform is for the applicable assistance, facilitation or service offering unless expressly stated otherwise. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party charges may be separate and are subject to the applicable authority.
6. Third-Party Services
Government portals, payment processors, banks, transport systems, healthcare systems and other third-party services may experience downtime, maintenance, technical failures, policy changes or delays. Sainik Suvidha cannot control third-party systems and will not represent third-party decisions as its own.
7. Intellectual Property
Website branding, original text, software, interface elements, databases, graphics and other proprietary material are protected to the extent applicable. Users may not reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit platform material without appropriate permission.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, data, payment systems or legal compliance, including suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or unlawful use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the nature and extent of the service actually provided. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Any dispute, complaint or proceeding will be subject to the forum and jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated when services, technology, legal requirements or operational processes change. The updated version will be published on this website.
